Clients must adhere to the payment schedule outlined in the project agreement. Initial deposits are required before project commencement, and remaining amounts are due per milestone completion.

I accept payments through bank transfer, credit card, PayPal, and Razorpay, allowing you to choose the method most convenient for you. My billing system adheres to Razorpay and other secure payment gateway standards, ensuring encrypted and PCI-DSS-compliant transactions for your security and peace of mind.

A 5% fee will be added to invoices overdue by 14 days or more.

Payments must be made in USD (unless otherwise agreed). Clients are responsible for any taxes, bank transfer fees, or currency conversion charges.

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables, including source code, design assets, and documentation. However, any third-party licensed components (e.g., premium plugins, fonts, or stock images) remain the property of their original licensors. Redistribution or resale of the deliverables—modified or unmodified—requires prior written consent from me.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all submitted content (text, images, logos, etc.) is either original or properly licensed. I am not liable for any copyright infringement related to client-provided content.

Clients are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the deliverables for their intended business purpose.

Clients may customize deliverables. However, resale of modified work is prohibited without prior approval.

Clients may terminate the project by giving 30 days’ written notice. Charges apply for work completed up to that point.

Services may be terminated due to non-payment or breach of terms. In such cases, all rights to the work will revert to me until full payment is received.

Clients must cease use of incomplete or unpaid deliverables. Services may resume upon resolution.

Suspended or terminated services may be reinstated with mutual agreement and fulfillment of pending obligations.

Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration, governed by the laws of India, and under the jurisdiction of Tripura, unless otherwise specified. As I am the sole proprietor, all legal matters will be handled by me.
